Assessment Date: Sunday, February 15th

 

Times:

Elementary School (Grades K-5): 4:30-5:45pm

Middle School (Grades 6-8): 5:45-7:00pm

High School (Grades 9-12): 7:00-8:15pm

  • Man-to-Man Team Defense: Ball, Gap, Help, Deny (with a large emphasis on TALKING)
  • On-Ball Defense: Fundamentals and technique
  • Motion Offense: Including “quick hitter” scoring options
  • Transition Offense: Score easy baskets by kicking the ball ahead
  • Skill Development: Form shooting and ball handling
  • Physical Conditioning: Improve balance and athleticism
  • Mindset: Build a competitive mindset, toughness, and physicality
