4:30-5:30 Grades 4-5 (Boys)

5:30-6:30 Grades 6-7 (Boys)

6:30-7:30 Grades 8-9 (Boys)

7:30-8:30 Grades 10-12 (Boys)

Season Start Date: Monday, September 7th

Regular Season End Date: Sunday, November 8th

Details:

• Minimum (8) weeks of practice and (5) weekends of game play either in Southern Maine
• (2) practices per week
• Practices held in Greater Portland Area 

What we teach:

- Man to Man team defense (Ball, Gap, Help, Deny) *Large Emphasis on TALKING*

- On ball defense fundamentals and technique 

- Motion offense with “quick hitter” scoring options

- Score easy baskets in transition (kick the ball ahead)

- Form shooting and Ball handling development

- Physical conditioning, improving balance and athleticism

- Competitive mindset, toughness, physicality
